Oil on canvas by William Lamb Picknell Le Chermin de Conarneau. The work  is beautifully framed and set beneath glass at this time. There is some loss of pigment to the area in blue sky. Restoration is in consideration at present time. Additional research is also pertinent to verify signature authenticity. Value is in leu of findings persuent to above findings along with credible evidence accredited and or attributed with painting in question.
